Well 5 months later, they went out of business!!! It's like you said, you have to do your homework and learn the program, and I did. I came across a site called freehampreport.com and they made everything easier for me. It gave me tools to follow up with BOA and pointers on what I was doing wrong in the application. It worked for me because I received a final loan modification agreement last month. I'm just thankful to have my home and have my payment lowered by $389.
